Pain or Injury

For individuals with prior injuries or chronic pain, engaging in physical exercise can sometimes be challenging or frustrating.  It's possible that you may be causing additional damage to your body by doing the wrong exercises. Pain should not be a reason to avoid daily movement.

Under/Over Training

It can be hard to know how much is too much and how much is not enough. It is important to follow designed workout routines and techniques to effectively target specific muscle groups and stimulate muscle growth. Structured workout routines are key to ensure you are doing just enough to meet your goals. 

Not Enough Time

Lack of time can hinder healthy habits. Busy schedules make it hard to exercise and eat well. Trying to find the time to workout can be overwhelming, and usually leads to skipping workouts. This inconsistency tends to show little or no progress made, which causes disappointment and sometimes giving up exercise completely.
