About Me
At 16, I began working out as a skinny teenager with the goal of gaining muscle mass. I achieved my goal quickly, but developed shoulder pain during my workouts. Seeking medical help, I was referred to Physical Therapy which not only helped my pain but also sparked my interest in learning about the human body. I obtained my PTA license and now hold CPT and CNC certifications, using my knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals with a focus on overall human function.
